My Favorite Meditation App

Saturday and you know what that means!! Time for some awesome self-care!

Today’s pick is my absolute favorite meditation app, Insight Timer. This is a free app, although you can upgrade to get more timer bells (which I did, of course!!)

There are thousands of guided meditations on this app as well as music, binaural beats (my fave), chants and podcasts. And of course, there is a meditation timer with bells. I usually use the binaural beats, but lately I’ve been doing a lot of the guided meditations on manifesting.
